I HAVE DECIDED TO ATTEND A RETREAT. NOW WHAT?

I am so glad you have decided to join me on The Ranch and invest in your spiritual life and your mom life. Deciding to come is not easy, nor is preparing to leave town, because when you decide to take time to work on bettering your relationship with God, Satan will give you every reason not to. I hope you will put aside any intimidations of not knowing people or  reservations about having a roommate. I guarantee that God will handpick each attendee and assemble a group of ladies that can connect and encourage each other. We need you there. We need your wisdom, your experiences and your testimony as well as your fears, your brokenness, your frustrations. Decide now that no excuse thrown at you will keep you from attending.

 

HOW DO I REGISTER?

You can see our retreat schedule that includes the topics and curriculum for all of 2021 HERE. Each page has a link where you can register for that specific retreat. If you would like, Kim would love to help you find the perfect retreat or event to encourage you in your current stage of life.

Each retreat is maxed out at 8 attendees and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. If a retreat fills up quickly, an additional weekend will be made available if possible. Email me if you were unable to sign up for the retreat you selected, and you will be put on the waiting list and informed of additional dates for that retreat as they become available.

WHERE WILL THE RETREAT BE HELD?

Each retreat will be held at The Evans Family Ranch in Brownwood, TX at the home of Kim Evans. You can learn more about The Ranch HERE.

WHAT DOES THE RETREAT FEE COVER?

The Retreat fee of  $75.00 covers your retreat materials, lodging, bedding and the following meals:

Friday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner     Saturday: Breakfast

You will be responsible for travel plans and expenses to and from Brownwood and your meals during travel.

 

WHAT IS THE RETREAT SCHEDULE?

Each retreat will be schedule-specific for each study and will be provided to you upon arrival at The Ranch. The general schedule will be the same and is as follows:

Thursday: 6:30-7:00pm Arrival at The Ranch and Registration

Friday:  Full retreat schedule

Saturday: 12:00pm Retreat departure

If your arrival time will be different, please let Kim know what time to expect you.

 

WILL I HAVE A ROOMMATE?

Lodging is 2 people to a room. If you are attending with a friend, you may request your roommate. There are 4 guest rooms, and 2 guest bathrooms.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RETREAT ATTENDANCE?

I understand that sometimes life happens beyond our control and you may need to cancel your retreat attendance. If you need to cancel and it is 14 days or more prior to the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel 13-3 days prior to the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund. If you need to cancel less than 48 hours before the retreat, you will not be refunded. If you would like to transfer your retreat fee to another person, you may do so in full at any time.

 

WHAT ABOUT COVID?

It’s here and possibly here to stay. With that being said, know that much prayer was put into the decision to proceed with this ministry. You will not be required to provide a covid-screening test result to attend a retreat, nor will you be required to wear a face mask during the retreat. I do ask that you take the precautions for your own safety as you feel you should. If you are high-risk, please be cautious about attending. Each person attends at their own risk of exposure.
